In our initial conversations with Nintendo, about this book, they expressed an interest in using a landscape format. My first thought was to make the book into a Super NES game cartridge and use a slip case designed in the style of the old game boxes. After mocking up the concept, Nintendo was on board without hesitation.<\/span><\/p>\n
