The Assassin\u2019s Creed series centers around the use of a piece of future tech, the \u201cAnimus,\u201d which allows a Helix Initiate (the player) access to genetic memories from the past. The protagonist of each story\/game is a member of the Assassin\u2019s Brotherhood in its epic conflict with with the Templars to recover ancient artifacts known only as \u201cPieces of Eden.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n This juxtaposition of past and present allows for the opportunity to attempt a similar effect in the design, by combining a clean, sophisticated layout with
